Hi! I'm, afoco!
I'm Antonio Fontaine Correa (aka afoco) , a photographer who can't seem to put his camera down. Born and raised in Chile, I recently swapped the landscapes of the Andes for the bustling streets of San Francisco. But no matter where I find myself, you'll always see me exploring with my camera glued to my hand.

Textures, patterns and contrasts are my jam. I love roaming around the streets snapping pictures of the patterns that surround us. I guess my nerdy-math background adds a geometrical aspect to my photography.  But I don't just stick to the city, I love venturing into forests and mountains with my camera, capturing the textures of weathered rock faces (because, yeah, rock climbing is another obsession!).

But it's not just the places that capture my eye, it's also the people. I love how the way people dress, walk, and simply exist tells a story all its own. People photography, for me, is all about going beyond the surface and capturing the essence of a person, a society, a culture.

This portfolio is a peek into my world, where I have been capturing the patterns and textures on the landscapes, streetscapes and “society-scapes” around us. Come explore with me!
